Terms of service

Last updated 27 October 2026.

The short version. Next Turn is a signal-processing tool, not investment advice. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell or redistribute its data, charts or analyses. Premium starts with a 7-day free trial and then renews automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel; you can cancel at any time.

1. These terms

These terms apply to your use of nextturn.trade and everything on it (the "service"), free and Premium alike. The service is operated by Next Turn ("we", "us"); see the legal notice for how to reach us. By using the service you agree to these terms and to the disclaimer and risk disclosure, which forms part of them. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is

The service applies digital signal processing to financial time series and shows measured cycles, their strength and phase, past turning points and projected future turns. It is provided for general information and education. It is the same for every user and takes no account of your situation. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and not a trading signal. We are not a financial institution and are not authorised by any financial regulator. Every decision you take is yours alone.

3. Your licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing else is licensed to you.

Use by or for a business or a financial institution, or for clients or customers (for example in research, newsletters, advisory work or a product), needs a separate written licence. Please contact [email protected].

4. What you may not do

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, you may not:

  1. copy, download in bulk, store, republish, redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense any data, charts, cycle figures, projections, texts or other content of the service, in whole or in large part, or post it systematically anywhere, and in no case in paid groups, signal services or other commercial channels;
  2. access the service by automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers other than normal search-engine indexing) or extract its data systematically;
  3. use the service or its content to build, train, test or feed another product, model or service;
  4. share your Premium access or login, or get around any access restriction;
  5. reverse-engineer, decompile or try to derive the methods or code behind the service, except where the law expressly allows it;
  6. interfere with the service or its security, or use it for anything unlawful;
  7. remove or hide notices, disclaimers or source attributions.

You may share links to public pages of the service. You may also share an occasional screenshot of a chart on your personal social media or in private conversations, for non-commercial purposes, as long as you credit Next Turn and link to nextturn.trade.

5. Market data

The market data behind the service comes from third-party providers under licence. It is shown for your own reference only, may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and must not be copied, stored or redistributed. The providers keep all their rights in their data.

6. Premium subscriptions

If you subscribe to Premium, the following applies in addition to the terms above.

  1. Plans and price. Premium is offered monthly or yearly. The price, the billing period and the taxes included are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout, before you pay. Prices are set in US dollars; checkout may show them in your local currency, converted by our payment provider.
  2. Free trial. Premium starts with a free trial of 7 days. You enter a payment method when you start; nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the plan you chose starts and its first period is charged, unless you have cancelled before then. You receive an email when your trial starts. One free trial per person.
  3. Payment. Premium is sold through Link, the checkout of our payment provider Stripe. Link takes the payment, charges and pays the applicable taxes, and sends receipts and invoices; for the payment it acts as the seller of record, and its own terms, shown at checkout, apply to it. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Your card statement shows "LINK.COM*" followed by our name. The service itself is provided by us under these terms.
  4. Automatic renewal. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period for the same length, at the price then in force, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel. Before each yearly renewal you receive a reminder email; after every payment you receive a receipt. The next renewal date is shown in your account.
  5. Cancelling. You can cancel at any time: on your account page ("Manage subscription"), at link.com, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays open until the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel during the free trial, nothing is charged and Premium ends when the trial ends.
  6. Right of withdrawal. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal as a consumer (for example in the EU, the EEA or the UK), you may withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of starting it, without giving reasons: with "Withdraw from contract here" on your account page, or by telling us clearly in another way, for example by email to [email protected]. Because Premium starts at once at your request, if you withdraw after the free trial has ended you pay for the days of paid Premium up to your withdrawal, and the rest of your payment is refunded within 14 days through the same payment method. If you withdraw during the free trial, nothing is charged.
  7. Refunds. Apart from the right of withdrawal and other rights the law gives you, payments for periods already started are not refunded. Link may also refund a payment in individual cases within 60 days, under its own terms.
  8. Price changes. We tell you about a price change by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel before it takes effect.
  9. Your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
  10. Your account. A Premium account is for one person and can be signed in on up to three devices at a time; signing in on a fourth signs out the one that signed in longest ago. Keep your sign-in codes private.

7. Availability and updates

The service is updated automatically and is provided as it is and as available. We may change, add or remove markets, features, methods or content, and the service may be interrupted, for example when a nightly update fails. We do not guarantee that it is always available, complete or free of errors.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or your reliance on it, including trading or investment losses, lost profits, or errors, delays or interruptions in the data or the service. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

9. Intellectual property

The service, its software, analyses, charts, texts and design are protected and belong to us or our licensors. Apart from the licence in section 3, no rights are granted to you.

10. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, in particular sections 3 and 4. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects Premium subscribers, we tell them by email before it takes effect.
